Looked after our GSD really well and made sure he went to the vet when he became ill while we were away. Can't thank them enough!
Rosie is so clingy with us that we were a little apprehensive about leaving her. We did a one night stay to see how she got on. Rosie has been twice now and has gone in happy doesn’t even look back, and comes out happy. They take photos of her and looks like she’s having fun, so my mind is now at rest about leaving her. I always get her toys and food back that she doesn’t use. Thank you.

I was apprehensive about leaving buddie as he had not been to kennels before but he went straight in no trouble I messaged while away and was assured he had settled in well when I saw the pictures it put my mind as ease he looked like he was having a great time I would highly recommend this kennels nothing is to much for them when you pick your animal up they inform you of everything that they have done while your dog as been there he will be back in Sept for a few days and hopefully back in Nov for another great holiday lovely staff all very knowledgeable of animals very good care given
Archie loves coming to meet the girls here and enjoys his walks and runs! Thanks for looking after him. We know he's in safe hands here.

Sent our boxer here a few times he seemed happy However we asked for photos while we were on a 3 week holiday. On zooming in on the photos we were horrified to see that hidden underneath his own collar was a CHOKE Collar. The weird thing was that when we next took him. He refused to leave the car . I went in to get the girl to see if she could entice him but as she approached he cried and then growled very low and briefly. It was his only way to express his fear when she spoke to him. We turned our back and were talking When we turned around our dog was trying to climb over the headrest of the car to get further away from her. Something was clearly wrong. He was so scared. He was cowering. I said I'm taking him home I'll never bring him here again. I know my dog he is well trained obedient and nothing but fear would make him behave like he did. I would never have known about the hidden choke collar had we not asked for photos. He couldn't speak but his whole body was saying "please don't leave me here. I Couldn't understand when he would leap from the car on previous visits. I still have the photo.
Our cat "Sophie" always seems to love this place, when we go and pick her up she always looks so comfortable and never wants to come home. The girls who work at the cattery are always without exception very polite and friendly, the cattery is run so efficiently we have absolutely no qualms about using them in future. The cat pen always looks so clean and fresh.
I would recommend this place, to keep your cats inside the cattery or dogs in the kennels. We have two labs who absolutely love it at these kenals. They get walked in the field . And get to play and run around in a separate field when not getting walked. The staff are brilliant and take photos to let you know what your dog is up to.
Jess my dog always greets staff like old friends when we arrive. All very friendly, left her for 2 weeks this time no problems. They post pictures on Facebook of pets while in their care which is a nice touch.
