   Fantastic company. I have purchased many household items and gifts from here. The quality of the products are fantastic. I had a problem recently with a light fitting I had purchased 6 months ago and just got round to putting up after decorating. Customer services were fantastic about the problem and kept me up to date with when extra pieces would arrive, which was quicker than originally expected. A special thanks to Chris from the furniture team.

   My wife loves this shop and spent a good 40 minutes choosing a few things on a late afternoon in December. As we left we realised that the shop had closed (20 minutes ago) and we were the only customers left. Despite that, all the staff were helpful, there was no hurrying us up or tannoy announcement.
