The single room I stayed in was great value. Equipped with everything you need. Super soft bed linen and towels, convenient parking, hot steaming shower. Expecting the breakfast in the morning to be excellent.
A great little B&B. The room was spotless and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable. Amazing full English breakfast. Landlady, Rachel, very pleasant and efficient.

As I use hotels every Monday to Friday, throughout the year, the service and rooms are impeccable, the facilities are exceptional, I am staying in room 1, and the stafff are polite and always willing to help and assist if you should need anything. I highly recommend this B & B. To all the staff thank you.
Beautiful room, with a huge bay window that overlooks English gardens. The room was spotless with a en-suite and came with toiletries and hot drinks/biscuits. The owner was lovely and so helpful! We unfortunately missed breakfast due to a late night but the breakfast room overlooked the garden with French doors. The only thing I would say is the check out time seemed a little early at 10am - maybe this is the norm now in England!
I've not stayed personally but a family member has. Rachel as been a 1st class host nothing is to much trouble and happy to help . I would highly recommend staying at this establishment if your visiting the area you will not be disappointed
Rachel is so welcoming we had a great 4 night stay the rooms were spotlessly clean and beds very comfortable, breakfast was second to none ,will definitely be coming back ,thanks for a great stay
Recently stayed for 3 nights While in Barton on training. Rachel was perfect host and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was first class and delicious.
I would thoroughly recommend staying here. The value for money was fantastic. The owner is lovely and couldn't do anymore for you. The rooms were well equipped and clean. I would definitely stay here again.
Stayed over at the Guest House for a family reunion. Good location, with a view of the Humber Bridge from the rooms at the front. I was really impressed by the high standard of the furniture and decor - it's done out really tastefully. The en suite bedrooms have everything you could think of, plus a few things you haven't. They keep their own chickens, so there's a (subtle) chicken theme in the decor - I greatly admired the chicken glasses! We all slept like logs (with the help of the extra blanket very thoughtfully provided). The Full English breakfast was nicely done with good ingredients and care, if a bit filling! Set us up for the day ahead. We look forward to coming back next time.
