   We decided on a last-minute night away with our 10-month-old, and it turned out to be a great choice. The owner was exceptionally pleasant and maintained clear communication. He even graciously allowed us to park in his private spot. The room exceeded our expectations - it was incredibly spacious with a huge and comfortable bed. With the scorching weather, the fan above the bed was a lifesaver. The breakfast was delicious and served in just the right portion. The price was reasonable, and the location was ideal, close to both the town center and the beach. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place. However, there's one small drawback - the owner is a Spurs fan

   Lovely little B&B,the owners couldn’t do enough for us. My daughter left her treasured teddy behind in the room and didn’t realise until we’d left. They kindly looked after her teddy for a week until we were able to return. Thanks again and see you soon.

   Cheryl and Graham made us really welcome again, this was our 2nd time at the Jedburgh, we'll be back in September. Lovely superior room, very spacious and clean. Amazing rainfall shower. Gorgeous breakfast, plenty of choice. Close to the beach, shops, pubs and restaurants. Recommended place to stay, 10/10

   Wonderful, warm welcome from Graham and Cheryl. The room was clean with a welcome pack including biscuits. En-suite shower with good supply of toiletries and moisturiser. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. The location is great, free parking and on a quiet street but central to the beach and shops. Lisa and Sarah did a lovely job of maintaining the room and were happy to help. Smiles, friendly and would definitely recommend.

   Sheryl and Graham made us very welcome. The breakfasts were wonderful. My husband enjoyed the full English and I enjoyed the choice of cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit and a small cooked breakfast. Comfortable bed, sparkling clean en-suite. In fact it was so nice, words are inadequate.
