   Visited the cafe for lunch. Staff friendly,premises pleasant and clean. Prices reasonable. Excellent chunky chips and hot beef sandwich was nice although could have done with a bit more filling. Came served on red and white checked paper which was a bit strange as my order came with gravy so had to move items off plate and remove paper before could add gravy . Looked nice but not practical . Overall good value for money would revisit.

   Very clean and tidy, crockery bit scratched and ready for changing. Parking at Aspen Lodge bit awkward when the cafes busy as space was blocked on arrival which was rubbish. Clean comfy beds lovely towels. Great hot tub.

   We stayed for the weekend in Pine Lodge and had the best time. Hot tub was lovely and private which was nice as you don't always get this elsewhere! The lodge was spotless and all facilities were great. Had a lovely coffee in the on-site cafe and Sarah was extremely friendly and accommodating. Lovely location and only about an hour from York which we did a day trip to, as well as Beverley. Thank you for a lovely trip and we definitely want to return!

   We spent our 7th anniversary here for the weekennd.Its was excellent. We stayed in buttercup Lodge and it was perfect from day 1. The hot tub was amazing and we spent abit of time in it. Clean every day and welcoming. We had 2 meals in the cafe and the staff couldn't do enough for us. So thank you Sarah and your wonderful team. Can't wait to come back

   We stayed in one of the hot tub lodges, let me be clear the hot tub is perfect the lodge is so close to being perfect the bed is not made for 2 people we struggled to fit on the bed, we are the biggest people but it was barley a small double. If you ignore the bed its beutiful the location is great the hot tub is sublime the Caffè on site and staff are wonderful, takeouts in the local area do know where you are thankfully. Maybe one more imporvment a sign outside the campsite just a little roadside one maybe my first day i couldnt find you so easily.

   We were so impressed with the lodge when we arrived, what a high standard of finish and attention to detail. Loved the complimentary tea and coffee as well as washing up liquid etc. The hot tub was great and very private. We've loved every bit of our break away!

   We stayed in alder Lodge was nice and secluded we had a issue with the bedding on single beds but was dealt with. Not enough cutlery or crockery and the lodge needs storage in bathrooms for toiletries as as the cupboard in bathroom isn't any use cafe was lovley

   The owners are nice but compare it to other lodge parks its run down. There's no tvs in the rooms. Which you would expect for the price you pay. The WiFi is awful glitches constantly we had to go out and buy a amazon stick other parks and lodges have netflix. My daughter had spots come out on her skin first night then happened again realised was fleas. Obviously from dogs. We cleaned bed down ourselves and it sorted problem. The hot tub is so outdated and they do not come round daily to service it so they state. I was there 10 days all they do is put 3 chlorine tablets in a floating tub. I had to ask for more Chlorine tablets else no1 would have come round. Trying to save money obviously but its not good really. They come round when new people checking in .its terrible. Compare it to other places they service them every single day. These don't. So I been sitting in a dirty hot tub basically.
