Excellent service. Very friendly and caring.Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dogs. Have been taking them here for many years now and my dogs have always appeared to have had a lovely time when I’ve picked them up.
Tiptree do a wonderful job of taking care of our precious 14 year old Cocker Molly. Always know she's in safe hands.
Had a family member call up to inquire about their prices, to which the lady on the phone asked in a rude tone, “have you never been to a kennels before?” funnily enough, not everyone has and we just wanted to find somewhere for our springer spaniel to stay while we went away for 3 days. She then left a rude voicemail asking, “I’d like to know who you are and what you want.” I shall not be letting my dog stay here with such rude staff, very poor customer service.
Good kennels, exercised and they enjoy staying at this dog hotel.
We have been using this place for number of years now and our lab Rocky really loves it. Strongly recommended it.
Nelly loved her stay here (I've attached a recent pic of her when we were in the peak district last week). Well looked after and she had a wonderful spacious kennel!) Will certainly be returning again soon when we next go on holiday. 5*
We've used Tiptree a few times now and it's always been a good experience. Our dogs are not particularly good outside the family and a nearby kennel said they wouldn't house them again but Tiptree understood the dogs and handled them professionally and without problem. The kennels are heated and have an outside run and the dogs are walked daily.
Very poor !! Hi , I may say ,what a negative experience we have had! Not only it has been really difficult to get hold of the staff on the phone to book a place for our labrador to stay ....but when you finally manage to organise something you are faced with an extremely unhelpful regime ... My dog was due to stay at Tiptree Pet Hotel from Friday evening 5pm until Saturday evening 5pm.Straight after work on Friday I collected my dog from home and headed to the kennel .When I finally reached the place ,unfortunately I arrived at 5.07 pm instead of 5pm due to heavy traffic.When I arrived the gate was already locked .I tried to ring the owner but no reply.I decided to knock at their door in order to speak to a member of staff.After a while a lady finally stormed out and despite apologising for arriving slighlty late ,in a very rude manner ,she explained that it was too late and refused to look after our pet.I was due to be in Yorkshire 45 minutes later which completely offset my commitment and plan.Luckily another very reliable kennel near Lincoln accepted to have our dog that night and understood the difficulty I was then facing. We moved near Fulnetby not long ago therefore we were planning to use Tiptree Pet Hotel facilities on a regular basis. We are now obviously cancelling our plans and Tiptree has now lost our customs.....May I just add most people finishing work at 5pm are very rarely out of the door at 5 o'clock!
