Went in today needing a pump for my daughter’s washing machine. The guy was very knowledgeable and very helpful and had the part I needed at a very reasonable price, one happy daughter. I highly recommend D.A.S they are very helpful.
I recently had the opportunity to meet and have the support of the DAS staff and owner. They serviced two units and the dialogue and follow up was exceptional. I cannot stress the professionalism, integrity and services offered by them and their staff, quite frankly, they resonate true customer and product support services. They are the reason we should retain such heart felt genuine high street true customer experience and service.

The gentleman who helped us finding parts for our dishwasher was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did he look up what we needed but he also suggested a cheaper alternative, which was very refreshing. We will definitely use again and recommend as it was so easy and simple. Small businesses really are more interested in helping and getting it right. And the dishwashers working!!
Poor Experience - Owner Prioritizes Profit Over Service My overall experience was disappointing, as the owner seems more focused on profit than providing quality service. The initial interaction was encouraging. The assistant I spoke with was polite and helpful, suggesting I email all the relevant information, which I did immediately. However, I received no response for an entire week. When I followed up and spoke directly with the owner, the experience took a negative turn. He was dismissive, came across as aggressive, and seemed more concerned with money than resolving my issue. Despite already providing my name, number, address, and email, his attitude was hostile and unnecessary. He asked me to email again, but I still received no response after our call. It's clear why this is a small business—they attract customers with lower fees, but their lack of professionalism is telling. Good customer service is worth paying a little extra for—don’t settle for less.
Great service. I called for a washing machine. Good product at great price delivery, fitting and disposal inculded. They had a mare getting my old out. All done a smile and banter. Will definitely use DAS again. Shop local.
Dropped dyson off to have the internal hose replaced as there is a big hole in it. Very quick service, was impressed. Picked it and got it home. Same hose, same hole. Phoned, very helpful and said bring it back in free of charge.....Great. Phone call to say the engineer has had it in bits and cannot find a hole. Pick up the dyson. Take a pic of big hole in pipe. So me, Mrs house wife will have to fix it because a vacuum engineer can't.
Fantastic service from the guys ( and the owner ) who delivered my washing machine , removed old machine , installed new and even re-cut my kickboards as I’ve gone to freestanding and helped cutting a bit of kickboard for the fridge freezer on the opposite side while there was there !! No fuss , no drama , exceptional customer service - my old machine broke on late Tuesday afternoon, new one installed Thursday!!
Love, Love, Love this company. I am a single lady of mature years and had an issue with my cooker, which was 'repaired' by a different company before Christmas and subsequently went bang! Having already 'phoned quite a few firms, D.A.S. was the ONLY company who seemed to care about the customer, rather than money for the job. They were the most reasonable and fair, price-wise too. They were professional, courteous, considerate and respectful to me at all times, whether it be on the 'phone or in person, and informed me before the work was carried out of what was wrong and what was needed to put it right. A special thank you to Darren and Frank for their expertise and advice (and friendliness) in mending my cooker and socket, and to Rick for the initial quote. A wonderful job done. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and will most certainly be going to D.A.S. in future. Thank you.
Needed new washing machine. Excellent service and advice in the shop. Good price given which included installation and removal of old machine. Wasn't rushed and felt valued as a customer. Will definitely use DAS again for my electrical equipment.
