   First time using the Brigg store and what a nice welcome. Had a voucher to use so couldn't order online. Checked with staff first and the items I wanted were all in stock. The young lady that served me was helpful, friendly and efficient. Whilst waiting I noticed the other staff members were of a similar mindset. I will be making Brigg my default store from now on. Excellent

   Called at Screwfix, Brigg to collect a radiator valve, as none of the Hull branches had the one in I wanted. For years, my Screwfix account has had the wrong name on it, as it was erroneously set up in the name of the first person I had purchased a radiator for, to do a job. I have been told previously that I would have to download the Screwfix app, to change the name on the account myself. Well I just have to mention and commend Zoe at Screwfix, Brigg. What a breath of fresh air she was. She said she could change the name on my account, and it took her about 5 minutes. She was really friendly and helpful, what excellent customer service. Thank you Zoe :).

   Order what you need on the app making sure you have selected your nearest store, wait for a text and go pick it up, quick and simple. And if you need help the staff can sort you out. Great addition to Brigg!

   The first place I try for my DIY supplies. They have a comprehensive stock, and their budget range of 'No nonsense' products are well worth a look. The staff here were friendly and helpful and I was soon sorted out and on my way. The building has a small dedicated car park and is okay for wheelchair users. However the doors are not automatic and the counters are standard height!

   Ordered click and collect said 24 hours. Order took 3 days to arrive and then we didn't get the promised text to say it was ready. Had to call customer services which takes an age. Annoying thing is that the item was in stock at the Scunthorpe branch. In store they are fine but don't bother with click and collect.
