   Be careful trading in here and clear all accounts. I traded in a PS5 here earlier in the year as I was bought a newer version by a family member. Unfortunately I forgot to delete my account from the console, and as a result messaged them asking if they would. They confirmed there and then it was done, and that it was always done. Well, fast forward a month. I log in to my PS5 one morning and I can't login. .y password? Doesn't work. I contacted Sony and low behold, it's my old console, and someone has locked me out of my own account. Queue a month of proving to Sony I'm the real me with ID and other methods (the other individual challenged claiming they were me) to get my account back and I "just" about save my £100's of pounds in games and my personal data. I then received lots of threatening measures from the thief whom decided to try use my games as I took away his freeloading method. I still receive these from a new account every few weeks and I have to block as I go. Thankfully the police now know who this is, and it appears to have stopped. So yes. If you care about your personal data be careful, as they don't follow basic data protection law and/or decorum. Be advised.

   I bought a TV from here in the early weeks ago of January. I know The remote for the TV did not work so my carer took it back to the shop. The chap in the shop told my carer that the spring in the battery holder wasn't touching and sent her back to try it... The remote control still didn't work, so I got a taxi back to the shop and they said I need a one for all TV remote control which they could sell me for 5 pounds. I was prepared to pay the 5 pounds but it had no instructions. The chap in the shop told me that I could find the instructions on the internet. Needles to say I didn't buy the remote. I am now left with a TV that I can't use from my bed which was important to me as I am a registered disabled man and can not stand up some day's . I am very disappointed!!!

   Place is decent enough and the staff are indeed very friendly. Not sure what one of the other reviewers is on about as in comparison with GAME/CEX, the items offered here are generally of good quality and are priced well. The only downside is that the stock on offer can be very hit and miss. Somedays you'll come in to find a treasure trove of items and other times its like searching for a needle in a haystack. The leftover glass panels and slot-system from when the building used to be a bank has a pretty intimidating feel to it also

   Poor warranty on items that only lasts 14 days. Prices that are not really competitive when compared to other businesses of the same market.
