   My brother went and bought a new phone it was a Samsung but inside the box was a different phone and it was smashed but he binned the receipt he tried to swap it but the manager wouldn't even though it was a completely different phone

   If I could give zero I would!! I Went to return UNOPENED google ear buds to be then questioned by staff and they open the SEALED box treated like an utter criminal, I am disgusted by the staff two members of staff. The third member of staff at the desk looked so embarrased.

   Made special trip to return an item, but this 'facility' only allows you to collect items already paid for. I had tried to check it did take returns before travelling, but nobody ever answers the contact number. Useless service.

   Been waiting for a refund since last week as I had to cancel my order and still waiting for my money back this is disgusting as it went into my account on Sunday then Argos took the money straight back out and now they keep putting the phone down or not answer every time I call to enquire about my refund
