   Good place to shop for tools, hardware decent prices on most things except for power tools are expensive compared with online retailers. No catalogues anymore in store to look through, you have to know exactly what you need with its item number to order or purchase online and pickup in store, which is not an option for many elderly people.

   Nice friendly staff, average prices - some things here more expensive, some cheaper, need to shop around. Couple of issues...have to buy the product from a catalogue so cannot be tactile and had to set up an account for a one off purchase and now they send me their catalogue and leaflets...I understand advertising, but it's such a cost to the environment...all that paper wasted!
