    An optometrist woman called Olujwe had an attitude worth improving and an average customer service skill. She was giving incomplete short answers and it felt like she wanted for the appointment to finish asap. Another assistant young woman was asked to explain price breaks on lenses and she had no clue what she was talking about. Which is fine is you are training, not sure if she was as she didn’t ask for any support from colleagues when clearly was struggling to advise correctly.

    I had a pleasant experience from this store. Staff where friendly and informative regarding all aspects from having the eye exam to purchasing my new glasses. I could say they were quite expensive compared to other opticians but you do get a 100 day money back guarantee if your glasses are not for you. The monthly payment scheme is a must for many people like myself if you can't pay upfront. My glasses arrived at the store within a week. I optted for verifocals which I have never had so I hope I get on with them, if not I can take them back to the store and discuss other options for my needs.
