   I had my car MOT done here and they said it failed the Lambda reading and wasn’t passing the emissions test. Their machine indicated the car was out of limits. I took the car away and asked two different garages to test the emissions. It was strange it wasn’t passing. Both garages confirmed the car was within limits and would pass an emissions test for an MOT. They then said there was nothing they could do so I appealed the result through the DVSA. I strongly advise against this garage.

   Amazing customer service. Very professional and helpful. The garage helped us out with an oil issue which meant we were stuck in Hull on a Sunday with no real options. They took time out of their already busy schedule to quickly fix our Audi so that we could be on the road and on our way home!

   All staff were very friendly and kept me updated as to progress of cars tyre fittings and tracking. Also answered questions into a suspension issue and quoted for potential invoice after a diagnosis should I wish to pursue. Plenty parking outside the Hull F1 autocentre too. Best price after comparing many. Very pleased and would recommend them to friends and family too. Will definately use them again. Thankyou.

   First experience I needed an air con clean and a re gas, I was very happy with the results. My second experience I needed new brakes and disks which went well with no problems, and my third experience was an mot and a service, everything was quick and easy at a competitive price. Was well looked after and impressed all three times, would highly recommend.

   Took my car for a full service. They split oil in the engine bay and didn’t clean it out. They didn’t change the fuel filter because it was awkward to change have to disconnect battery. So my car broke down. Very poor would not use again !!!

   OK, good prices, clean & professional looking workshop but I was a bit concerned with their professionalism when I saw them drive my car up on small blocks of wood to get their jacks under. (My car hasn't been lowered, it's on the stock suspension setup) I was a bit surprised by that approach. The second time that I visited they forgot to give me back the key for the locking wheel nuts so had to drive back for it. Easy mistake, leaving it in the mechanic's pocket but again, I expected better!
