Went in shop last Friday,was served by Elliot. Very helpful. I return to shop yesterday and *thought* I had left my purse, top marks to manageress and staff (didn't get their names) who tried to find it. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Absolutely disgusting service, I went into store on Friday and the gentle man was very helpful as the product we wanted wasn’t in store but offered next day delivery instead, paid for the item and was told it would be here Saturday! Saturday came I waited in all day nothing, no delivery rang them and was advised that my delivery was on its way but the driver was running late. That’s okay still next day delivery! Sunday morning came and still no delivery, rang them up again to be told that my item hadn’t even been picked up when it should have done, but they will make sure it’s going to be here first thing Monday morning! So here we are 1pm on Monday still no delivery! Rang up again to be told that my item was for sure not being delivered today and there’s nothing they can do it will be an extra 48 hour wait, 3 days Iv stayed in with a young child waiting for this item that was promised to be here Saturday, then Sunday then Monday. They told me that next day delivery doesn’t mean next day delivery and that it can take up to 5 days to be delivered! I won’t be bothering again!
For a Next store this is somewhat small, particularly the Home section which is given very limited space. The store is clean and clothing well presented.
I always come here for my sons clothes. Great quality and though you pay a more for them they last. They don't disintegrate like the cheaper alternatives. Shop is immaculate and staff very friendly and chatty.
Always a good selection of clothing for all ages. Great kids department. Really helpful friendly staff- if they haven't got what you're looking for they'll order it in. Always get great service in this store. Wish they had a hone department though as they only stock a very limited amount and need more ladies shoes but that's just a personal thing.
