   I popped in today to purchase some jeans from the menswear section and all the staff were really friendly, welcoming and polite. I popped back in a few hours later to see if they could locate a product for me and they were once again friendly and helpful.

   System down......again. Why can't the senior management sort this out. Poor staff in store get the brunt of peoples frustration and this is not the service customers deserve. Birthday presents will be late kids!!!!!

   Thank you Emily at Next Anlaby for super excellent service today. I popped in with my elderly and disabled dad for a suit for my niece’s wedding .. Emily was in the menswear on her own and it was super busy, yet she gave us customer service that I haven witnessed in a store for many years! Her patience and understanding of our situation was brilliant and she put so much effort into helping us get dad sorted for my niece’s big day… on behalf of me and my mum … thank you Emily .. you are a star !!!

   System constantly down. No collection or returns available when this happens. No one lets you know this until you’re greeted by that information at the door of the store. Then you get an email ‘reminder’ saying your parcel is still waiting. Very frustrating

   Not as big as the one in Kingswood but big variety for women, always well stocked. Recently they seem to have expanded the men area which is good. Home department not very big but has all the essentials. Staff always helpful and polite. Very easy click and collect.

   The store manager is just fabulous! I was struggling to find a dress for my interview and l eventually found 2 of them, but I was ensure on whether they was suitable and lacked on confidence with them. The manager came and assisted me and gave quality guidance, resulting me gaining confidence. I ended up buying the dresses!
