   Customer service was good, staff were helpful. I bought the men's Adidas trefoil joggers in black and the fit is terrible, they're not only short and loose in the leg but they also fit quite loosely even with a cuffed bottom, waist is fine, but if you like a tighter fit on the leg don't buy these. Poor from Adidas. Also, I'm not sure why my reviews are being removed, this review is an accurate reflection of my experience, as are all my others. Removing them defeats the whole purpose of reviews does it not?

   Just collected a parcel and politely asked about gift receipt and returns if the size needs changing. The young lady was incredibly rude! Wont be shopping here again and i hope the trainers are the correct size because i really dont want to go back in. Very dissappointed in her attitude.

   Won’t take a late return after Christmas - my mum was unable to get into town on time. They were so rude she was nearly in tears telling me about it 3 days later. Awful.

   Went into the hull store on 27th for a refund on some trainers to be told they aren’t doing refunds until the Friday. Went back on the Friday to then be told they don’t have enough cash (£100) in the till to do the refund and to go back in a few hours. Went back and said they can only do bank transfer, none of this is in their policy and I think it’s disgusting for a company as big as this to be doing this.
