Only been using pavers last few years , everyone thinks it's old fashioned, but believe me it's NOT ! All the shoes are so comfortable and cushioned , I bought some wedges last summer they are like slippers , I've just got some great boots online, returned the pair, I did not want so welcoming girls in the shop highly recommended,
Helpful staff. Reminded me I can order online and have shoes delivered there for free collection. Useful for their online sales/clearance. You take shoes home to try out for a few days in the house and take the back fo a refund if you have awkward feet like my mine.
Friendly staff, good range of footwear.
Don't really have many shoes in my style, which is a shame as they actually bother with width fittings and wide fitting footwear, a rare thing these days.
My sister was waiting near the cash desk to be served the assistant came over and told her can you move as my customer will need to stand there whilst I serve her go sit on the chair and wait there,I just walked out she was so rude
Excellent, very friendly staff who excelled in terms of customer experience. I went in for some emergency pumps to replace the heels I had on which were blistering my feet. Didn’t have the size I needed in the style I wanted but they found me an alternative. They even let me leave my heels safely in the shop for a pick up a week later. Customer service at its best
Went in on Wednesday. Ordered a pair of boots and a pair of shoes in size 8 as they were not on stock! A wonderful Helpful lady who's name I forget found them on line. Had them delivered to my door. 5 days max she said. Explaining the imminent Easter long weekend! Boom they turned up today. 3 days later. Fantastic service and of course being Pavers a fantastic shoe/ boot. Thank you to Princess Quay staff, you were awesome and proves that there is still some decent retail staff about, that put their customers first! Top notch service
