   Visited shop on 29/12/25.To enquire about a pair of shoes I purchased before Christmas. One is definitely faulty and the assistant said she would get the assistant manager. When she came out to speak to me she was very negative and abrupt. Then said ring customer service. She could not wait get to get away from us, she dealt with us for approximately 30 seconds at the most.then went into the back of the shop obviously had more pressing matters then dealing with Customers. This is no way to treat loyal customers as we have spent hundreds of pounds recently at this shop. I still purchased a pair of work shoes £44.95. Why?. Will now hope we get a better result from customer service.

   My wife and I went in today to find her some comfy walking trainers. I has told her that I had been in last week and that Cory and Mollie had been tremendously helpful (in fact I wrote a review). Well this time it was Dylan who was the helpful staff member. He really went the extra mile to help my wife get just the right pair. Very highly recommended.

   I went into the Hull store, this morning looking for black trainers.I couldn't find the size I wanted but Connie , a very pleasant and knowledgeable sales lady , was extremely helpful in discussing appropriate sizes for UK feet and found just what I needed, a smaller size in a wide fit! Thankyou very much for an enjoyable shopping experince.

   I had a wonderful experience shopping here yesterday thanks to the ever so helpful Cory! After not being able to find my size on any of the shelves, he checked the back and still couldn't find my size in the shoe I was in love with. We tried on a few others he'd recommended and as he'd gone back to check for some more, he managed to find the size I needed in the shoe I was in love with, fallen down the back of the shelf! Thank you for putting up with me Cory! You we're a star! ✨

   Wide collection of shoes, staff are cordial. They have NHS discounts at 10% as the shoes are already discounted. Though I believe the Skechers shoes are over priced at full price. It a nice place to try out the shoe to find the right fit. When I bought my last shoe had to try 4 different pairs before I managed to find the right one. The whole time the salesman was very patient and helpful. I have bought 6 pair of shoes here already.
