Have been a very satisfied customer at Shoe Zone, Swadlincote, for years. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Their slippers are of good quality and value.
Went in this store yesterday with my granddaughter. The young man was very helpful. Couldn't do enough for me nothing was to much trouble for him.Excellent customer service to .Thankyou
WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!! Im truly mortified, this man offered to size sons feet told us he needed to take his socks off, after several minutes of foot inspection i was then approached by a member of staff that notified this man is not an employee of shoezone he then threw his clarks measuring scale and ran away, the staff thoroughly apologised however this should not have been allowed to happen in the first place.
Brilliant staff a credit to the store. On 16th March me and my 2 children came into the store I was in my wheelchair that day which is a bit wide for the doors. I was greeted with a smile and the other door was opened so we could shop in comfort. We are regularly at the store and buy our school shoes and boots from there. What a great customer service you have the lady should be rewarded for her cheerful helpful kind nature. We will continue to shop here. Heather Cook.

Visited this store this morning to buy Wellies for my son and slippers for myself. Simply cannot fault the service or friendliness of the two ladies working in-store. Nothing was too much trouble and both were very professional and kind. Highly recommended.

THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL - I TRIED TO RETURN A PAIR OF FAULTY BOOTS THAT I HAD ONLY WORN FOR 4 WEEKS AND I HAD MY RECEIPT TO PROVE IT (THE HEEL HAD BECOME DETACHED FROM THE MOLD OF THE SHOE) HE STUDIED THEM FOR 5 MINUTES WITHOUT SAYING A WORD THEN I TOLD HIM I WAS IN A RUSH SO COULD HE PLEASE MAKE HIS MIND UP IF I COULD HAVE AN EXCHANGE, HIS REPLY WAS "NO I'M NOT GOING TO SWAP THEM AS IT'S NOT A MANUFACTURING FAULT!" I REPLIED THAT INFACT IT WAS A MANUFACTURING FAULT AS THE HEEL WAS COMING AWAY, HE REPLIED "WELL I'M NOT GOING TO EXCHANGE THEM!" I WAS VERY ANGRY, TOOK THE BOOTS BACK AND WENT TO THE BURTON-ON-TRENT STORE WHERE THE MANAGER THERE EXCHANGED THEM NO PROBLEM AT ALL! SWADLINCOTE MANAGER NEEDS SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE LESSONS THE RUDE, RUDE MAN! NOW WONDER HIS SHOP IS ALWAYS EMPTY! MY ADVISE SHOP IN BURTON-ON-TRENT STORE!
