   I went in without an appointment with my 2 boys for school shoes fitting. The staff were so courteous and polite with my very wriggly boys. Megan was so patient with me as we tried different shoe sizes and styles for the boys. Always excellent service received and will always go there first for shoes.

   I prefer to wear leather shoes, cheap plastic shoes are not comfortable and last about a couple of months if you are lucky. I know Clarks are expensive, but good quality and comfortable. I usually shop here when there is a sale on, and pick up a bargain

   Lovely friendly staff there , went with my autistic son and they totally understood his needs , we did shoe sizing first and then tried some sandals on , they didn't have his size but the lady was so kind that she phoned derby branch up to make sure if the have the size I want before I go there , that was truly helpful ..
