visited here whilst on a short break staying near matlock. whilst i wasn't looking to purchase new shoes during the holiday, i was drawn in by the brands (my favourite's) advertised outside. once inside, there's a great selection of male & female footwear. the 2 ladies that served me (abbie had to be called upon to measure some kiddies feet) were polite, professional, jolly and gave me plenty of time and options to be choosy! i spent more than i expected to, but quality shoes cost, however, it was the overall experience i received making my purchases that was most memorable, and would certainly make me return despite living 2.5hours away. they deserved the box of chocs i dropped in for them before leaving ashbourne.

Why go to Derby or order on line. Yep it's a bit dearer, who cares. It keeps the business going and people employed. Always looked after and my lovely mum, even came out into the car park because mum was struggling, you don't get that online do ya. Proper shop, proper girls, proper service.

Excellent service, knowledgeable staff and a fabulous range of shoes. I took my children after school to get feet checked and staff couldn't have been more helpful. Social distancing was encouraged but children felt welcomed. Would highly recommend!
Super helpful, great choices for everyone. They also had a sale on. So wonderful to walk into a shoe shop, be greeted, helped and also there's plenty of good quality footwear to choose from. Going back again to look through the large Skechers section.
A great shop with a wide variety and good prices. We arrived to replace my wife's broken shoe in a rush, during our weekend visit to the town. Heidi offered us great customer service and we left with a smile.
