Couldn't have asked for a better experience when visiting this store recently. Elaine went out of her way to help me find the perfect suit and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The advice I received was helpful, honest and professional. I will definitely be returning next time I need another suit. Thank you Elaine & Richard.
Always loved this brand and have various items but decided it was time I had a suit. I visited the store and was greeted by Lee.. there was no pressure just a friendly hello and an offer of help if I needed it. He answered my questions precisely and honestly. I didn't feel pressured at any point and was left to deliberate when needed. I could of spent ages trying different things with an offer of a drink, but I knew what I wanted and Lee helped me make it a reality. I will definitely be returning for another suit from him.

Beautifully stocked store, expensive, classy with the friendliest chap serving us and being helpful but not crowding us. Allowed us to walk around the store without harassing us.
I've never felt so pressured to buy something. Yes they offer tea/coffee/prosseco but that's a ploy to keep you there. Didn't even lift clothing off the rail they were asking what size & going to fetch it . Sounds like they were looking after us ,but trust me it didn't feel like it. It was so uncomfortable we walked out
Nice shop was a little disappointed as my wife had bought me something for a present and was unsure if I would like the item but wasn't told at the time of purchase that if returned it would only be a store token not money back. Even though I will probably buy something else it would have been nice to be better informed.
