    Where customer service is non existent. What to walk around a store where you intend spend some of your money and staff have no interest at all & busy walking around chatting whilst the store resembles a dump, then this is the place for you. I don’t like really negative reviews but this is another visit to this store and the customer service resembles that of a plant pot. Which is nothing. Won’t be spending my £ in this store again. Management and owners take note. I’d suggest a mystery customer process at this location .

    Rude staff and overcharging on prices even though it stated 9.99 on a tag charged me 14.99 so then said to me can you go check if theres another one saying 9.99 which there wasnt as i picked up the last one they also said someone has changed the tag its obvs the employes dont know what there doing and not sorting the prices correcly. There customer service is shocking

    The product I bought was fine, however the service was very disappointing. I tried to pay with a Scottish £10 note which your sales assistant refused to accept. This was an unpleasant experience and made me feel really awkward. I will not use your shop again.

    Very helpful Staff !!. We had some great advice regarding some Air force a few years ago at this Store . We've also returned a track suit today purchased prior to Christmas that we need to change . The staff were amazingly helpful and the service was 1st class !!

    Lad on counter to bundled my clothes into a bag like they were dirty washing, childish kids with attitude working in there... I'd go nottingham or Birmingham if I needed to shop at a foot asylum store again.
