Very rude lady in Christmas hat.when I said I didn't want to give her my email for the receipt, just a paper copy.her attitude was very stroppy.and rude,with a very bad attitude..won't be going again..
The most amazing customer service from Shoezone Uttoxeter. I bought the most lovely boots on a fantastic offer, but went up a size due to stock availability. These were also on a BOGOF. I then found the right size online. But no way of swapping them. I went into my local store and they sorted it all out for me. Everyone was super lovely and it was done super quick too. Shop in person, locally people. It's worth it.
RUDE STAFF!! I went into the store yesterday on my way past, it is not local to us so it was my first time in. I ran in with my 2 little girls as the new shoes they had on from another store were digging in and cutting their ankles so needed to find something comfortable and for them to wear now. I went to the sandals and got them both to try them on and walk around in them and the older blonde woman came over and just glared us, not asked if we need any help just gave us a dirty look. Then I tried some others on them and she walks past again staring, like I was going to take the shoes? I was making sure they fit before I brought them. We decided on a pair for the each and walked over to the till, last time we went into a shoe zone near us they said"next time if kids are wearing them right away just keep them on and bring the barcode sticker" so that's what I did, and the jolly lady behind the till said very abruptly 'take them off I need to scan them" whilst I'm holding the barcode stickers in my hand passing them to her, when the shoes were passed she didn't even check them or touch them do she must have had a bee in her bonnet about something!! As she was serving us, she made us feel extremely awkward and uncomfortable! And just after I paid she just walked off, no thank you, bye ...nothing!
I purchased a pair of school shoes for my 7 year old daughter 3 weeks ago, she wore them for 1 day, 6 hours at school, when she returned home all of the top layer of material had rubbed off, around the ankle, I returned to the shop with them, and was told it is the way she has walked in them, which has rubbed the layer off and they will not exchange them. I would not expect shoes to look this bad after 1 day, so will not be returning to shoezone.
Went on the school shoe run, every parents nightmare trip! Plenty of choice and variety, prices for all budgets. Ended up with school shoes and a pair of knocking about shoes for my youngest son.
The Staff was nice and friendly and they exchanged a pair of work boots for me as the pair I had previous had split,
