Brought my husband in a couple of weeks ago for a new wardrobe. Assisted by Lucy.H. Extremely friendly, helpful and polite. I normally hate shopping but she made this a very enjoyable experience. We must have been in the store for at least an hour and nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you Lucy.

I really struggle finding an outfit to wear but every time I go into jack and jones I come out feeling nice. Every time I’ve been in the store I’ve walked out with an outfit that fits and is of a high reasonably priced quality.
Wrong Jeans sent from online order, called local store they said bring them in and exchange for the ones originally ordered. Took jeans in and the chap refused to exchange unless I paid more for the same jeans as they were more in store. Even though I showed him the online receipt, chap was arrogant and point blank refused.
Would really like to say how amazing the female salesperson was on my recent trip here on the 15th. From looking at the receipt I believe her names Emma? She was unbelievably helpful at finding the right pair of jeans for me and chose 2 different fits that she thought would best suit my needs. I have to say the pair she chose are probably the best jeans I’ve had for a long time with my current figure. She even offered to take my items to the cashier point to aid me browsing other items. As far as I could see she was on her own in the store and bless her was surprised I asked if I could recommend her for something given how high her customer service skills are. But fundamentally I’m grateful for her service and hope she definitely gets some recognition for her work!
Went in with my husband with a coat we bought few months ago which had ripped. We had no receipt, explained the situation. Was very impressed and happy with the service we received from staff especially manager Chloe who did an exchange for us straight away. Very impressed with the efforts put in by her to make sure we were well looked after throughout our shopping trip at the store. If only other shops trained their staff the same.
