   Great service from Carla at Sketchers Derby today! I've always bought lace-up shoes due to wide feet but following a recent hip-op. can't bend much, never mind touch my toes, so needed some new footwear to get through the rehab period. Carla patiently guided me through the size and style options and eventually I settled-on a nice pair of blue air-cooled, memory foam slip-ins. So nice and comfortable I wore them straight from the store on the journey home!

   As a stroke victim I have a few problems when it comes to personal shopping. Thanks to the understanding and care and consideration of Debbie at the Derby store this morning my experience was extremely comfortable.I was very grateful for her kindness in helping me choose the right pair of shoes. Service and product excellent. I will be back!

   Disgusting customer service. My mum (who is disabled) bought 3 pairs of shoes here, One of which should have been half price and still tagged in the shop as half price. She thought the price was high and checked her receipt when she was able too so went back to the shop today to advise them. Instead of giving a refund for the difference or offering any form of compensation or credit note for being over charged, she was told it’s ‘tough’ and she should have said something on the day. Even though they have proof of her being over charged. After explaining she is disabled, and being in a mobility scooter my mum explained it was difficult for her to get back there the same day, the staff then told my mum that if she buys another pair of shoes today they will give her money off. My mum proceeded to tell them that she doesn’t need more shoes as she just bought 3 pairs, they then proceeded to tell it’s tough and they can’t help. My mum then asked to speak to someone or have a number to speak to someone else to then be told they can’t get anyone and can’t give out a customer service number. So she has been over charged by 50% and no compassion or any attempt to help

   Visited to browse what offers they might have. Nothing appealed to me and the reductions were minimal. Was surprised how expensive some of the range is now. Over £100 for some and they are fabric and rubber not leather like traditional shoes.
