   I recently had an outstanding experience with Rob from Roller Snakes, and I can’t recommend this company highly enough. It’s one thing for a business to offer great products at reasonable prices — that should be standard — but the real measure of a company is how they handle things when something goes wrong. I had a skateboard go missing with DHL, and with Christmas just around the corner, I was stressed thinking my 7-year-old might end up without his big surprise. Rob personally called me, kept me updated throughout the process, and without hesitation sent out a replacement board while DHL searched for the original. His communication was reassuring, his approach was proactive, and he was genuinely friendly the whole way through. Service like that is rare these days. Rob turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a reminder of what true customer care looks like. Because of this experience, I’ll be sticking with Roller Snakes for all future orders. Absolutely amazing customer service!

   Took my son to get some new wheels for his scooter, ended up getting new wheels, handle bar grips and grip tape. Ed was super helpful and put the wheels on for my son and the grip tape! All reasonably priced and good quality ! Customer service is fantastic and everyone is so helpful. They have a fantastic range of scooters and skateboard equipment. I will definitely be returning! Thank you :)

   Went with my son today, really helpful friendly staff. Fantastic selection of boards and clothing. Great little skate park too. Fantastic shop and will definitely be visiting more often even though its a 50min drive away for us, it's 100% worth it.

   It's so incredibly difficult to find size 13 skate trainers in my local area and I accidentally stumbled across the Rollersnakes website this morning. The size 13 trainer selection was outstanding, and the prices even more so. Safe to say, I placed an order for four pairs at 1259hrs today. A notification then popped on my phone at 1410hrs, saying that my order has already been shipped! Can't wait to receive my new trainers. Very pleased. Thank you.

   What a great experience! My 11 year old son expressed an interest in skating so I decided after a 22 year break I would give it another go. We went to watch a competition they had on and met a couple of the staff and they were super. Very welcoming and super friendly. Off the back of this we booked a ‘father & Son’ lesson. We had a look around the shop and picked up a few new parts for our decks before having an hour lesson with Jack, he was super with my son and really encouraged him showing him some basics to work on and making sure he had the foundations to work with. After the lesson he gave us a T shirt and some stickers which really topped it of. £40 for a lesson for two people and T shirts was super value and my son now wont stop asking when we can go back! Great ambassador for the sport, super shop and the skate park is free to use outside of lessons. I just wish it wasn’t a 3 hour round trip! Jack has also been super helpful with advise on parts for a deck I’m building which is a bonus. If my shop was closer I’d be trying to poach him as passionate people like him are hard to find nowadays!

   I went into Rollersnakes on Saturday the 6th Aug 2022. I had already spent time looking over the exellent website and found the items I wanted. Rather than order online I decided to go into the shop and I am so glad that I decide to do this. I walked into the shop a little nervous as I am an older person and felt that I might feel out of place. But as soon I approached the staff I was made to feel welcome and was given a very friendly greeting. As I explained what I was looking for the memebers of staff got excited and fully engaged in helping me find exactly the items I wanted to build my dream skateboard. Everything I asked for was confirmed as a good choice and an excellent option. The staff really got into the details with me making sure I was 100% happy with my items. After I paid the staff offered to build my skateboard for me and even stated it would be a pleasure to build such a sick deck for me. I felt over whelmed with their generosity and interest in making this experience the best it could have been for me. For which I am truly thankful. I cannot recommend this shop and the staff highly enough. It was the best buying experience I have ever had! Thanks rollersnakes and staff I look forward to coming over again soon!
