   My favourite clothing store on the planet, I'd buy food from them if they sold it! Amazing customer service, wonderful products, a fantastic returns policy, a points scheme, discount codes a plenty & so much more. If I want to buy anything goth fashion related I ALWAYS try to buy it from Kate's Clothing if it's available, as it's my favourite business. All the staff are wonderful & helpful too. Perfect!!!

   I've been a customer of Kate's Clothing for years. This is the only website that I will use to buy my clothes, hair dye, etc. Not only does Kate's clothing have the cheapest prices compared to others, there's always great deals in the clearance section, and such amazing sales. There's also free returns which is I think every website should have. Lastly, Kate herself always gives such great customer service and I really appreciate that.

   Amazing company and amazing customer service. Ordered a dress which came with holes in it and they were so lovely and polite about the whole situation. Sent me a new replacement and even gave me a discount code for my next order. It’s refreshing to see this kind of customer service. Plus I love the clothes they sell and have ordered off them twice now and I will be returning!!! 10/10

   Best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life! Kate’s clothing go above and beyond to satisfy their clientele. Not only did they give affordable rates on the websites, they continuously have amazing sales, and also offer discounts throughout the year! The entire team that work for this company are so lovable, kind and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is into Gothic attire. I have even won my first ever competition with them which was a £50 credit to use on their website. I think they should win an award for all their hard work over the years for the best merchant retailer online! I cannot praise them enough for The pleasurable experience I have had with them for shopping online and communicating with them via email. I strongly suggest that everyone should at least Check out the website to see if there is anything that they fancy.....I guarantee you’ll be pleasantly surprised!

   Kate's clothing is a wonderful place to buy unique dresses online. Not only are the clothing items of high quality, they look wonderful too. The delivery is always really quick and if there's anything wrong with the order, they are really helpful and will sort things easily. It's a pleasure to buy from here.    When it comes to online retailers, Kate sets the gold standard in my humble opinion. Every time I have had any sort of issue with a product (which, might I add, has been very rare - in fact it has only happened once in the many orders I have made!), they have gone above and beyond to resolve it. The staff is friendly and personable, and when I made a silly error by entering my old address on the shipping form, I managed to catch it immediately in the confirmation email and after a quick phone call it was sorted out and my package arrived safely at my new home. From questions about sizing, lightning fast shipping, to quick, easy, free returns, Kate's is my go-to store for most of my clothing!

   Ignore the woman who said she had "bad service and a flimsy garment", Kate's Clothing don't make the clothes they just sell a lot of popular alternative brands. I personally bought a lovely dress which sadly just did not fit right on me, but I was over joyed with Kate's free returns service and their correspondence was polite and informative. I was updated when they received the return and then again when the refund had been sent back to my PalPay account. Kate's sell a wide variety of fantastic products and their reverse auction sales are amazing!
