We visited Twine Clothing at The Staffordshire county show today and the team were so helpful and willing to make our shopping experience a fun and fabulous one. We tried on all sorts and I left with a beautiful pair of striped jeans, we chatted away with them and I shall absolutely be visiting their Denstone store!
Popped in for a browse and ended up coming away with 3 gorgeous outfits. The ladies in the shop were lovely and super helpful when it came to sizing and styling. Nice range of designers at all different price points! Highly recommend :)

Great little independent shop located at an award winning Farm shop location. Mainly ladies clothing but cater for children and Gents too. Friendly and helpful staff who will go out of there way to help. Also a website which under the current climate is very useful. Would highly recommend.

Bought a Seasalt coat from Twine. Before I ordered I phoned them and spoke to a lady about the sizing of these coats being not true to size and coming up big. I decided to order a smaller size. When I received the coat although I loved it I found it was still very big, the hood came down to my nose and the sleeves covered my fingers and it was still big with a thick jumper under it. I rang Twine and told them and they told me to send it back but I would have to pay the return postage. As I pointed out the sizing of these coats is a manufacturing fault which Twine, as the sellers, should be aware of. I had spoken to someone at Twine before I ordered and we agreed, as these coats come up big, that I would order a smaller size. How are customers to know to order two sizes smaller unless we are told. I feel very angry that I had to pay to return this coat through no fault of mine. Twine didn't have a smaller size but if they had sent me a size smaller and that was also big I would have had to pay again to send it back. I will not buy from this company again
