“Bought some shoes online for my daughter for school, unfortunately they were too big so we returned to the Derby store. Not sure of the lady's name who served us but she was really helpful, brought out loads of shoes for her to try on. Unfortunately they don't do half sizes which she needed so we didn't end up exchanging but she also offered to measure our little boy's feet as well while we were in there. Excellent service and a credit to the store. The only thing I can remember about the lady was she looked like she was in her early 20s and was wearing crocs.”

It'll be sad when this place goes (its rumoured to be moving into Sainsbury's...) So make the most of it in its present form whilst you can...”
