   I mostly shop here for perfumes and accessories and generally have a good experience. Zara is particularly good for petite sizes, and I appreciate that some online items are available in high-quality fabrics such as 100% wool. I also like the option to order online, collect in store, and return items easily without any hassle. Staff are generally fine, and the changing rooms are adequate. The only downside for me is that the lighting in the fitting rooms is quite unflattering, as I often find the same clothes look much better when tried on at home. Overall, I still enjoy shopping here.

   I had a very disappointing experience due to the behaviour of a staff member. She was noticeably rude, had a poor attitude, and appeared irritated for no clear reason while dealing with customers. Communication was abrupt and dismissive, which made the interaction uncomfortable. What was even more concerning was witnessing her speak rudely to her own colleagues as well. If someone is unhappy in their role, that frustration should not be taken out on customers or other staff — if she hates her job, she should consider leaving rather than treating people with disrespect. Regardless of how busy or stressful a shift may be, everyone deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism.

   A return was processed incorrectly, which meant I had to make an extra trip back into the store (2hr round trip). I was then made to feel as though the mistake was my fault, despite the fact that I clearly explained at the time that I was returning two separate purchases. The manager was very unhelpful and dismissive. The staff member in particular on the returns desk (the same girl who processed the return incorrectly) showed no interest in customer service at all. She didn't say a word unless absolutely necessary. It was blatantly obvious she didn’t want to be there. Having since read other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated incident. Poor customer service seems to be a recurring issue here.

   Love what items Zara have to offer but today, the store manager insulted and embarrassed me by trying to say I stole the clothes I paid for and had receipts for. I then proved that I had bought them and she was still marry, even after, insisting that I was stealing items that I had paid for. Worst experience ever at Zara and I will not be going back. As much as I love their products, if the staff there are horrible and think of their customers of low life thieves then I forbid that I enter foot there again

   The assistant who served me today when collectioning my on line order was friendly & helpful, however returning an item was aweful. The assistant didn't smile once whilst serving the previous customer or myself & only spoke when needed, it was though it was to much trouble for her to deal with customers returns. This is not the level of service I expect from any store - staff should be re trained to be reminded of appropriate standards of customer interaction.

   The store is very under staffed. I think Zara are trying to cut employment costs to increase their profit like every shop is nowadays. As a result the staff seem at their wits end and customers are grumpy. Saturday they needed 3 people on the tills but one girl was struggling with a queue of 12.

   Went in zara to buy my granddaughter a birthday present ,she loves zara but i'm afraid i don't ,there's no atmosphere in this store ,no chat as you pay for your goods ,could do with some instore training !
