   Went in to store today to get my children new pairs of shoes. I approached a woman worker who was busy chatting to another member of staff. I asked her if she would mind measuring my child’s feet- she passed it on to a young guy whose name I think is Maximus (stated on the receipt). On THREE occasions the lady who asked him to measure asked him to go and find different pairs of shoes for different customers, even though he was busy serving us. From what I could see, Maximus is fairly new to the store and needed a tiny bit of guidance when paying as we had a gift card and blue light card, of which a different staff member helped him. I couldn’t believe the pressure he was being put under, when he was already serving us as a customer with two young children. I genuinely feel upset and feel very sorry for the young man who was trying his best to help us and also do the woman’s orders of which she could have done herself as she wasn’t actually doing anything!! I will make a call to customer services on Monday to also share my concerns for the way this guy was treated. Thanks Maximus, you did a great job.

   Excellent customer service reps in this shoe shop in the Derbion. They were attentive, unbeat and went the extra distance with recommendations and advice on aftercare. While I was being serviced by Skye, I could see the other staff similarly helping customers efficiently and cheerfully. They were so nice my daughter commented that it's a shame you can't give a tip in a shoe shop! Thank you for the great experience Skye and team.

   I went in on a quiet Monday lunch. Evie, Maisie and Skye were all pleasant, helpful and smiley. These days, that is getting rather rare. So. Give 'em all a pay rise, Mr & Mrs Boss. We do not want chat bots. Real, happy people, please!

   Had the worst day shopping across Derby, trying to find work shoes for my daughter. Store after store of people who didn't help, didn't care or had nothing which was suitable. It was depressing. We tried Schuh on our way out and just wow. The staff there were incredible and turned a rather rubbish day into such a good ending that I cannot over state enough just how nice they were. Lauren and her co-worker went out of their way to help us find the perfect fit, offer suggestions, help get sizes and were just really kind and supportive to a rather exhausted and done with the day Mom and daughter. Fabulous staff, great selection, wonderful store. Will def be shopping there again. Thank you!

   Bought some shoes online for my daughter for school, unfortunately they were too big so we returned to the Derby store. Not sure of the lady's name who served us but she was really helpful, brought out loads of shoes for her to try on. Unfortunately they don't do half sizes which she needed so we didn't end up exchanging but she also offered to measure our little boy's feet as well while we were in there. Excellent service and a credit to the store. The only thing I can remember about the lady was she looked like she was in her early 20s and was wearing crocs.

   Love going in this store but today was a WOW , the first time we went in ,the assistant was cleaning and said she'd be with us in a minute and didn't bother , the second time we came back to purchase a pair of men's boots ,we were served by a young lady who spoke that quietly and looked that miserable she didn't once smile or say thank you when we had finished she just walked away ,ouch . Not your normal service Schuh.Sorry.

   Lovely store! Very clean and tidy! Plenty of variety and different brands. Really wish they had the nike high top blazers, tbh maybe they had them just didn't ask. Lovely staff espionage lauren!! Great customer service and gave plenty of advice and tips for the app for points.
