Came here today to look at prams/travel systems for the first time. I really knew nothing as a first timer who has, before today, never even pushed a pram but the staff were so helpful and lovely talking us through how to set up and work the travel systems. We purchased our travel system which will be delivered in a few weeks time. Thank you to the team :)

Honestly would not buy from them again.
I purchased a car seat from them and it was sent out quite quickly, I have installed it and gone back to them for support with fitting and the communication is terrible, I keep calling no one answered. When I eventually got through to them after almost 2 weeks of trying the woman that called me back asked me to send through pictures of the fit and that she would advise from there and also send the pictures off to axkid to be checked over and again advise from there, this was on the 18th of December. My pictures have been left on delivered, not even opened by them. My baby is unsafe in this car seat at the moment. And has been left over the holidays like this. When a retailer stocks car seats they should be providing the relevent after care and with this retailer this is not the case. As I bought from them I can’t go to anyone else and ask for support as they’re not my retailer, so I’m totally stuck. I have been through the online chat and spoke with them over the phone but still I have had no advice.

Been here a few times and always received 5* service, today I came in stressed and not knowing what to do with my current car seat as my baby just wasn’t happy in it and I felt it wasn’t safe, Katie came out and adjusted a few things which did help but we felt it best to come in and have a look, we tried our boy in a couple different seats and chose one he was much more comfortable in and a lot safer for him, we picked it up from the warehouse across the way and fitted it straight away which meant Katie could check that one out too and make sure it was the best fit for him. She was absolutely amazing and we couldn’t be more grateful for her help! I can finally relax whilst driving knowing my son is as safe as possible.

Could not recommend enough! Pram set arrived in 2 days! We got the Red Kite Push Me Pace set in Latte with bedside crib and bouncer. Could not believe how easy everything was to put together, took more than 10 minutes for each item. Really impressed with the quality and so so happy with the pram and car seat. Amazing experience when ordering my travel system. There was a slight delay due to it not being in stock, but when i emailed to ask about the delay i was reassured completely and it was even offered that they had a display one or would find me one and get it to me sooner if i needed it. Luckily im a few months from my due date so i was able to wait, but i recommend anyone to order from them, especially first time mums like me that may need that extra reassurance when ordering things. My pushchair is amazing and im so happy with the whole experience.

Simply put the service here is great! We went at the weekend just to look, and got very helpful advice, demostrations and recommendations.
