Great independent retailer, service was fantastic with a wide selection of not only fashion but everyday essentials.
Went into the store to try on a pair of casual shoes that I liked. Unfortunately they didn't have my size but said that they would contact the manufacturer Loakes. I gave my contact details and nearly two weeks later I am still waiting to be contacted. Very poor service and I will not be giving them my business now or in the future. So much for shopping in the high street.
Susie and Jack served me today. Very professional and helpful. Found everything I wanted quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended shop and staff are a credit to the brands they supply. See you again soon.
I have been shopping at this store for over 25yrs and can say I have always had a great shopping experience, a fantastic choice of styles and brands, great customer service, the staff are always ready to go the extra mile.
Shopped at George Brigden’s today after many months of lockdown and self isolation, as usual I got a great welcome back from Dave and Hannah, great advice from Hannah (yet again) on size and colour.... Best men’s clothing shop and staff in the Midlands !!
A very enjoyable first visit to George Bridgens, Derby. The staff were very polite indeed offering a warm welcome as I entered the store and easily achieved the fine balance of allowing freedom to browse/attending immediately to customers resulting in a relaxed and pleasant visit. The quality and range of male clothing was exceptional. Purchased a lovely pair of Boss footwear and when a pricing irregularity arose they resolved it immediately which as a customer was very nice to see! Lovely store....
7 suits ordered for a wedding. Of the 7 suits, 5 were defective or missing items. Manager at Derby store quite obnoxious and unapologetic to all who had to return / exchange items, and abusive to one member of the wedding party. Managing Director contacted without response. £600 for 7 hire suits should guarantee a certain level of customer service. Very poor. Be warned!
