The most gorgeous independent clothes shop with exceptional customer service. Both ladies were so welcoming and friendly. We only brought a pair of Barbour socks this time, but we’ll certainly be making future purchases soon.
My partner purchased a coat for me online but the next day received an email to say there was a stock discrepancie and it wasn't available. They didn't even give an indication if they were getting more stock in and also it is still showing available to purchase on their website 2 days later which is misleading.

Three customer assistants were helping one customer. They totally ignored me waiting patiently to be served. They lost a £165 sale as I wanted to buy a pair of boots. I felt that I probably wasn't dressed well enough for them :( I have found exactly the same boots online and so will buy direct from the manufacturer :)
I had the absolute pleasure of visiting the shop today to purchase a new pair of Fairfax and Favor Explores. As soon as me and my little girl entered the shop, we were welcomed with smiles from the team. The young lady, who’s name escapes me, was very attentive and found all the products I was after along with another lady who helped me fit my boots and shoes. Both staff members were absolutely fantastic and a credit to Henmores.
