   WOW! Huge appreciation to mechanic Kyle who sorted out two bulbs ( headlight & fog) with efficiency and knowledge! I did have to wait but the customer service guy clear it would be an hour & booked the car in and everything went like clock work! A terrific service! Much appreciation!

   Halfords was recommended to me by the recovery driver who came to sort out my flat battery. A quick trip into Loughborough secured s new battery fitted in about 15 minutes. I was offered the best deal by a friendly, efficient staff member and an immediate fitting including s running commentary of what and why. The days of a DIY old battery out and new in arr clearly over!!

   Super service and Advice. The advice guy, is superb. Checked my battery for me and alternator. Note this a free in-store check you can just ask them for. New battery fitted on 3rd visit. Quick professional fitting at a very good price. Not pushy or oversold, all priced options offered with good advice around difference between options.

   Just want to say how grateful I am to the very kind man who fitted a new battery to my car this evening. I was very anxious to get it done as I’m off to Devon tomorrow for a funeral. It turned out to be quite a difficult job as my car is Korean and everything was back to front! But he worked very cheerfully in the cold and dark. A brilliant service.

   The garage centre / repair centre is dreadful- complete waste of time. Staff are totally unhelpful. I booked in a winter service check for my car, twice I came in and was assured a quick turnaround- both times I was asked ‘you ok leaving your car for the day’. Both times I was assured that it would be a quick service. Don’t waste your time- they’re rubbish

   A guy called Adam looked after us for our two ebike checks and services. He was friendly and polite plus his attention to detail was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Adam is a credit to your team and we wouldn’t hesitate in returning to your Loughborough store.

   Hate the layout where half the shop is upstairs - very inaccessible and a pain to get the bits you need and better when the bikes were up there! Friendly and helpful staff but seem undermanned for the various stuff they are called to do meaning one has to wait unnecessarily. Prices not bad but not the bargains they claim.
