   Used these guys a few times now, each and every time they have gone above and beyond, this time I needed new mud flaps in time for ceramic coating, ordered Premium ones, once they new of my time scale they quickly organised a set they had in stock.    Had an issue with some hel braided lines i purchased from them in store, was over a week later before I could get the car in on ramp to fit them when I found they were incorrectly manufactured,scoobyworld tryed speaking to hel lines who wernt the greatest of help but in the end rather than arguing with Hel lines scoobyworld swapped them out for some more expensive goodridge ones that they had to order in Greatly appreciated customers got his car back for Christmas fitted bang on as they should thanks again lads

1. The Driveway Experiment ★☆☆☆☆

   I have bought many items from scoobyworld in the past spanning over 3 cars and all perfect quick delivery spot on. However I recently ordered a front splitter which I did not size up to the vehicle before painting (my fault as the car was away for an engine rebuild) The splitter did not fit not even close at least 2 inches clear on each side of the bumper also the quality was poor with large chunks of resin inside which had been used to fill imperfections and a hole. At the same time I had ordered side skirt extensions and rear vortex generator which wre perfect and high quality, the professional bodyshop actual said to me "dud you buy the splitter somewhere else as its really bad quality" Immediately you can see that there is no way on earth the splitter will fit. I subsequently bought a 2nd hand one already painted from ebay the next which fit perfectly (see picture of both next to each other) I asked over the phone about this politely and all I got was the same line repeated to me over and over "we sell 1000s and no complaints" great Thank that helps. I don't expect a refund as its my fault that I had it painted before sizing it up to the car I get that but all I get from scooby world is this same line over and over via email and also telling me I just need to bend it, unless it's made from rubber it will never fit in a million years. If only they could except for ome moment that a defect one could have been sent out I would be happy with that so on that note I will be taking my business else where in the future.
