Great shop with helpful staff from prior experience, however was greeted by a gentleman who hadn’t served me before (I assume it was the store manager) and was subjected to a rude and demeaning tone when trying to sort a previous order. Unprofessional, poor customer service and a bad experience overall.
Don’t use Moss Bros they can’t be trusted, I booked a wedding suit with them a few months ago. There was no mention they were going to be closing for refurb when I paid for the suit and that I wouldn’t be able to collect it from Derby. Now, less than a week until the wedding, I’m having to take time off work to go to the centre of Nottingham to collect the suit, which is a far more significant task than collecting from Derby where I live. I complained to Moss Bros about this, made multiple phone calls, was told they’d arrange the suit to be posted to me, although nothing was confirmed over email. Finally, after no confirmation I called the Nottingham branch, who confirmed the suit had in fact been shipped to them and my only option was to go there and collect it. Personally, I will not use Moss Bros again, and I urge anyone considering them for their special events to proceed with caution. Do you need stress like this before a wedding?
Came in for a suit for my brothers wedding, Adam was absolutely fantastic, guided me from start to finish, told me what looked good and what didn’t, made the whole experience easy, and definitely will be purchasing my suit for my wedding with yourself, because of our experience with Adam, he’s a credit to your shop and company.
Very Professional and efficient customer service. Staff so helpful, especially Michelle. Absolute star in helping me and my Groomsman with our wedding outfits. She handled everything with expert precision and helpful suggestions. *Cough* PAYRISE *cough*. All the staff were fantastic, getting our outfits customised with high standard communication and organisation. Thoroughly satisfied and glad I came here.
Purchased a full 3 piece suit for my son’s upcoming prom. Was served by Raymond. He went above and beyond what we expected with his customer service. From measuring, finding additional items to great service at the till. Raymond is an absolute credit to the store. Please thank him from myself and my son.

Disinterested member of staff and a disappointing range of suits. Went in to look for a suit to buy or hire for my son’s wedding. Not happy with the service or the range of suits will look elsewhere.
All of the staff have been great. Really easy process from fitting to pick up. Parking in the Riverside a breeze even on a Saturday. All in all would recommend for suit hire.
Needed a suit for a Christmas meal and Rachel was so helpful and nice. I don’t know much about suits and if it wasn’t for Rachel I wouldn’t be able to pick anything. Very happy with the service, suit is comfortable and more importantly looks great. I definitely recommend checking it out to anyone looking to buy a suit.
Fitting for my oldest son's wedding , 6 of us for a Fitting . Very good stock of everything you need for the perfect look ! The gentleman that delt with us was very understanding and very pleasant yet with a high skill level . He had all sizes n shapes to deal with and we all came away happy and pleased . Money well spent
