   Quite a variety of clothing friendly staff, but quite damaged and stained clothing (in the clearance). When we tell a member of staff they're damaged all they say we can reduce it for you but it can be exchanged. So that's a little of something. If you're asking the staff for some help, they're not really that helpful in terms of finding clothes, or helping up with the sizes. It was a fair trip!

   Excellent customer service from the young lady who dealt with me today.On the other hand the manager Michelle spoke to her like something off the bottom off her shoe. No need to talk to a staff member in that way. Clearly the error was technical and not the poor young ladies fault, but Michelle on the other hand was quick to point fault at the poor young girl. Not great to see infront of a paying customer.

   I bought some clothes off line for my holiday to be collected in store. I had not received any emails to let me know whether it had arrived in store so went in the day before my holiday to see if they had arrived. They had been in store a few days but still I had no email to let me know! I tried these items on & realised I did not like the fit at all so thought I will take them back after holiday as the derby store had closed! When I took them back only 3 weeks later I was told I couldn't exchange, which I wanted to do, unless it was to get a different size of the same things Ihad bought!! Why would I when I didn't like the fit!! I feel disappointed in Quiz as they have taken my money & not even given me a choice to exchange or get a refund!! I am now stuck with their clothes & out of pocket!! I will NEVER shop there ever again!!!!!!

   First time shopping in Quiz and I'm really impressed with the range of dresses. Unfortunately there was a large queue at the till as the shop assistant was busy rotating stock but wouldn't stop me going in there again. Overall a great experience.

   My other half has just been in bought a dress shoes and a handbag, the lady who served us was fantastic and a credit to the store, she could not do enough for us, big thumbs up to her. The only disappointing thing the manager wouldn’t let our 3 year old boy use the toilet, the sales assistant did ask for us but was a straight no, apart from the manager being a bit miserable great experience. Time of visit around 6 pm on July 2nd 2021.
