   I had a massage done today from a very nice lady called Kiran. Tue customer service is excellent as usual from all the staff. The massage was brilliant and very relaxing. She applied pressure where it was needed. A calm, dark and relaxing ambience was created and the room was warm which really helped me relax and unwind. I would totally recommend and looking forward to my next treatment.

   This has been the worst experience ever. I had my eyebrows done here. Initially, I asked the lady to leave my shape and clean the up. She ripped out half of my eyelashes and didn’t apologise- she then got a colleague who dismissed this and continued to allow her to work on my eyebrows. I left the chair with hairs still around my eyebrows and little to no apology from the staff. The shape of my eyebrows was significantly thinner than before which I had not requested. I did stop the lady several times but she continued taking off hairs that I told her not to. I have burns from the lady going over the same area over and over again despite me telling her that there was no hair in that area to remove. This is disgraceful and unacceptable.

   I have been coming to Beauty Box since it opened all those years ago. I have had most beauty treatments and they are wonderful, especially the facials and head and body massages. The ladies are professional and do an amazing job. I would always recommend.

   I had a Hollywood wax with Gurpreet and was extremely impressed with her professionalism and skill. She was friendly, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. The results were excellent, and it was clear that she is highly experienced and meticulous in her work. I would highly recommend Gurpreet to anyone looking for a professional and comfortable waxing experience.

   I recently visited this beauty salon and had the most unfortunate experience. From the moment I walked into the treatment room, I was met with unfriendliness from the staff member who was giving me the treatment. Unfortunately, things only went downhill from there. During the treatment, the staff member twice got product into my eyes, causing me a great deal of discomfort and pain. At that point, I felt I could no longer continue with the treatment and requested to stop. To my surprise, the manager became hostile towards me and resorted to name-calling. This was completely unacceptable behaviour from both the staff member and the manager, and it ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience. To make matters even worse, as I was leaving, the manager accused me of being abusive to her staff in front of her customers. This was a complete lie and a baseless accusation. I am an extremely polite person and had done no such thing. The manager's behaviour was not only hostile, but it was also unprofessional and unethical. To lie in front of her customers and make false accusations is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this salon at all costs. The staff member's lack of professionalism and the manager's hostile behaviour make it clear that this is not a place where you can expect to receive quality service or be treated with respect. If you value your time and well-being, I would recommend finding a different salon that can provide you with a more positive and enjoyable experience.

   You need to make previous appointment for facials and other treatments. The cheapest saloon for threading in Derby. I had my haircut recently there. They have got one of the experienced hairstylist. The staff is experienced and friendly.
