Never again. Iβve literally left the shop 20 minutes ago. Apparently them, these are freshly done nails. My cuticles hurt, the gentleman didnβt even bother dusting off my nails before applying the coat and the gentleman was in a rush. It was close to closing time but i did ask if they were open and they said they were going to serve me.
I come here to get my nails done. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The shop is clean, decorated with trees and flowers. Things are done really quick. Will come again

I could really tell that everyone here tried their best. I had a booked appointment which I was 20 minutes late for and they were all okay with this however I did have to wait around an hour before being seen which I do understand because I was late! I was then sat in the foot bath for quite a long time without being seen to, having had to roll my trousers up this was quite uncomfortable for a long period of time. There was also bugs in the water/ bits of fluff or dirt which didnβt feel relaxing or make me feel pampered like a pedicure should- it felt dirty. My nails came out amazing however one gentleman didnβt say a word to me, appeared to be in a bad mood and quite rough. It was my first time coming here and unfortunately my last as you can see in the photo my middle finger is extremely red, swollen and very painful- it appears to be infected. Iβve never had this from a nail shop before. Like I said most of the staff were lovely just sad it was quite a bad experience unfortunately and just in general stressful.

Staff are accomodating, polite and helpful. I Wanted my nails a vibrant blue shade but I wasn't too keen on the blue shade on first application. The staff were lovely and used a different blue to achieve the desired look without any fuss. Will be returning.
Got my nails done here today for the first time ever and absolutely love them. The staff were so kind and friendly and they really took their time to make sure my nails would be perfect. Would definitely recommend
