She was absolutely brilliant, just a perfect experience for a young girl who was a bit nervous about having a piercing and by the end felt like we'd spent an hour chatting with a mate! She allowed loads of time and talked her through the process of having her ears pierced with a needle, putting us both completely at ease. Would 100% recommend!”

"My True Colours" occurred to be highly recommended, the gentlemen were very accommodating with sincerity and informed us they would cater anytime to our requirement. Location was easy to find, my daughter truly excited and I can't express highly enough with the wonderful caring friendly warm approach we encountered! “It's been a while since I came here and I popped in on the off-chance they could change some jewellery for me as I have an MRI coming up. I needed 7 different retainers, they had more than enough in stock and it was absolutely no trouble. While there I spotted a few nice bits of jewellery to buy in the morning to replace the old bars and hoops, that will look so much better. Never once have I ever been made to feel unwelcome or feel like I've asked stupid questions over the years coming to here. Other piercing salons could well take a lesson in basic customer service from Abacus if they appreciate returning customers.”
