“I have now had 2 piercings done here by Rachel. The advice, the patience and the after care was amazing. A great atmosphere, everyone is very chatty and helpful. I then took my 8 year old daughter to get her ears pierced for the 1st time and the service, care and patience was out of this world. Rachel took the time to engage with my daughter and explain why she was taking her time lining the piercings up. After the first one, my daughter was reluctant to do the second but also desperate to get it done. Both Rachel and Jon were amazing when dealing with a very emotional 8 year old and 40 mins later both ears were done. I cannot recommend the Bug & Pin enough for the professional way that they do things. Amazing”

“Went in to ask about some trousers my daughter liked but the ones she wanted were not in. There was a lovely lady (named Esme I believe), who spoke me through various options, discussed the sizes and the online availability. Ultimately I went with her recommendation because not only was she polite and honest, but was genuinely knowledgeable about what the store had - so grateful for staff like this, who make an otherwise daunting process, actually enjoyable!”

“I had my tongue pierced at No Divide and the ladies there were absolutely amazing! They were so encouraging, made me feel completely comfortable, and really helped calm my nerves. Any questions I had were answered straight away with kindness and professionalism. No Divide was exceptionally clean and followed all PPE and hygiene procedures to the highest standard. They took great care to ensure everything was properly sterilised, with no risk of cross-contamination. A week later, I popped back in to have my bar downsized and for a chat. They took the time to run through some options with me, which was incredibly helpful. I can’t recommend No Divide enough – 100% professional, lovely people who genuinely care about their customers.”

“Absolutely wonderful experience with Jamie. Had a chat before I booked in, and was provided with a design based on our conversation. Jamie was more than happy to tweak it as discussed and did so quickly, leaving me with a beautiful design I’d never have thought up myself! He was patient throughout the day session, really great atmosphere, always making sure I was comfortable and happy. 10/10 will be asking him to do all my future tattoos! He offered any touch ups for free if needed and has been great all round!”

“I went into White Room on the recommendation of several friends. Was not disappointed. All the guys that work there are friendly and welcoming. It was my first "proper" tattoo so was a bit anxious. I needn't have been. Pash, who was my artist made me feel more welcome than I have at some family gatherings lol. Whole atmosphere was just laid back. From the first point of contact, in my case, Krystal, (hope I split your name right) to meeting with Pash and going through my design just felt right. Pash's work is outstanding. I couldn't be more happy with the portrait of my daughter. If you're looking for realism this is your place to go. You won't regret it. The attached picture is after some minor touch ups. So slightly red in some places. But it matches the original image brilliantly.”
