I came into store on Saturday 20th Dec. Esme was friendly and very helpful. I came away with a beautiful purple coffin jumper which is cosy and warm. Great price and great customer service from Esme.
Went in to ask about some trousers my daughter liked but the ones she wanted were not in. There was a lovely lady (named Esme I believe), who spoke me through various options, discussed the sizes and the online availability. Ultimately I went with her recommendation because not only was she polite and honest, but was genuinely knowledgeable about what the store had - so grateful for staff like this, who make an otherwise daunting process, actually enjoyable!
My daughter went in blue banana yesterday to buy black hair dye she had grabbed two raven hair colours for £18. She was met with a lovely member of staff that served her, when she got home she put the hair dye on her hair and noticed it look red and started to dye her skin blue, once the 30 minutes where up she went into the shower and the shower turned blue and so did her skin. She got out the shower dried her hair and noticed that the black didnt do anything to her hair is still a dark purple and her body is stained blue even after trying to wash it off.
Firstly - love the space in the new store! My hubby and I went in to enquire about a piercing and ended up both getting a new one! The service is walk in so no wait was required! The staff were lush, Matt was our piercer and made us feel at ease the whole time. All staff were so friendly and we had a good laugh with them! Piercing done safely and with care. Would always recommend blue banana
Really professional and very friendly staff members! Had my first cartilage piercing there yesterday. Martha did my conch piercing and she was lovely. Sadly I didn't feel so great afterwards. They were really kind and caring, very attentive and made me feel really comfortable. Martha and Vee both said my choice of piercing was a painful one anyway so maybe my sensitivity was justified? (even though I still felt a bit embarrassed). Thankyou for your help guys, I plan to come back for a few more piercings but will be better prepared next time! A well deserved 5* review!
Some staff are Helpfull and friendly, others not. Feel ripped off bought the piercing aftercare for £7.99 in store, only £5.99 online. Will not be returning.
Just had snakebites done by a trainee and had my septum done a few months prior also by a trainee, absolutely lovely experience and the staff are so kind and welcoming. Their discounts are amazing but their full price piercings are also incredibly fair especially for the wonderful experience
Fantastic professional service. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. Refreshing in this day and age to speak with people who are genuinely interested in taking the time with their customers.
Wicked little goth shop with a good variety of items .. some great fabric patterns and motifs on the clothes and they have some amazing shoes and boots. As well as the goth/punk items they do some very elegant dresses as well as some good t-shirts (including Rik and Morty).
