   I was on the hunt for a Tonie that was out of stock everywhere. I'd just had an order cancelled a week after placing with another retailer who couldn't get any stock. I found Rainbow Nation Clothing through Google and they showed the item in stock. I emailed to double check they did have one. Lisa replied almost immediately assuring me she did have stock and could get it to me on Saturday. It is Saturday today and I do indeed have the sought after Elmer Tonie! My little granddaughter will be very happy, as am I! It was such an easy transaction and I am glad to have found this lovely retailer. They have so many lovely items, I will definitely use them again.

   Extremely rude owner — not someone who should be around children. I visited the Rainbow Nation stand at the Malvern Autumn Show with my daughter, who picked out a small toy (two for £1). I asked if card was accepted for the £1, and the lady at the stand (presumably the owner) immediately said yes. But after the transaction, her tone changed — she told me, “Thanks. With fees I’ve earned nothing on that. You should learn to say no,” while pointing toward my child. She then walked off, pushing past my daughter. If card payments were an issue, she should have said “sorry, minimum spend” rather than speaking to me rudely and disrespectfully. The whole encounter was uncalled for and left a sour impression. Terrible customer service and disappointing stock variety. Do better, Rainbow Nation.
