Had a great spa day...the treatments were lovely and the staff excellent. The lunch was perfect and it was all very good value...would highly reccomend...already booking our next visit!
First time ever for a facial and massage on a Quick Fix 1/2 spa day. Light lunch included. Jackie was lovely and put me at ease. Lovely and relaxing. Will definitely be back.
I have just been for a half day spa at Richmond. The whole experience was fantastic. Facilities are great and all clean. Amy is a brilliant therapist, so good I have booked again. Food was amazing and all the staff are so friendly and kind. Definitely worth a visit.
Myself and a few friends have been on many spa days at Richmond and have always really enjoyed it. The two ladies who do the treatment’s, Amy and Jackie are both great and make everyone feel really special. I would recommend to anyone.

I would highly recommend for a blissful spa experience. Donna really takes time and care with her clients. My massage was incredibly relaxing and being massaged on a warm water bed was a lovely and unique experience. The rooms and facilities are second to none. All of the staff, like Simon on the front desk, are approachable, highly knowledgeable, kind and considerate. I thoroughly enjoyed my day, thank you!
Beautiful spa with lovely facilities including pool, sauna, steam & relaxation area. Super clean & a beautiful finish. I had the most amazing treatment with Donna today. She is a truly amazing therapist who takes real time & care with her client's. Will definitely be returning.
I visited in March '18; the Spa facilities are brand new and finished to a high standard. This is a throughly relaxing Spa with really friendly staff who couldn't have been more helpful. I tried the small gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and main pool - however, the highlight was one of the best massages I've ever had (on a heated gel bed). The price was very competitive. The package included a light lunch in the nearby restaurant and as much tea / coffee as you fancy. A lovely day off of work. Thoroughly recommended.
Fantastic spa, brand new facility, friendly and extremely knowledgeable and skilled staff. Really enjoyed our spa day. From the pool and steam room/sauna to the massage and manicure. Lunch was a lite bite but plenty with endless hot and cold drinks.
