   Revisited now the new owners & staff are in place, what can I say but to reassure people that you should go back there. I stopped going back in December after twice having problems with nails falling off and chipping only days after being done, so I decided to give the new people a try and I am extremely happy with the results, the prep and the friendliness of all the staff. I had the new Cats eyes marble and it looks great. So revisit or start your nail journey with them .. they're a great bunch of people

   Absolutely horrendous, the staff are so rude, they try & tell you what they want you to have not what you want to have. Also you don’t feel welcome at all. The girl that did my pedicure was awful & so slap happy with her work & when I told her I had odd feet she sighed really loudly. Also when I came to pay they over charged me by £8.00. Horrible salon will never be going back again ever.

   Had full set of acrylic nails, done by the female owner, she cut them with scissors not even asking what length I wanted, I didn't like to make a fuss as the place was extremely busy. They were way too short!! When I got back to the car , on closer inspection I could see they were different lengths and shapes and three of my fingers were bleeding from how rough she was!! Very rude just talk amongst themselves in their language!! NEVER AGAIN

   Went to have infills done, staff were quiet rude. Really rushed my nails left unhappy and them not wanting to fix them. All the colours had bled into each other and the pattern looked like a big blur. Gel had lots of hard lumps in it. Left with 3 cut fingers. Wasn't offered a discount despite having to come home and re do the colour.
