‏They do a good job, they are kind, and they are exactly professional. ‏It's just that their hygiene level is a bit low because they don't sterilize their equipment

I have been going to LyLy nails since the beginning of the year and every single time I go, I love my nails. I've never been disappointed. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. It's a great atmosphere.

I recently visited this nail shop and spent £28 for acrylic removal and a fresh set of gel nails. I specifically asked the nail technician to apply two top coats to help prevent chipping, as my nails tend to chip easily. He assured me that one coat would be fine, but within a week, two nails had already chipped and broken, and another had chipped as well. On top of that, there was a black mark under the white tips, which didn’t look good either. When I went back to the shop to have them removed, I explained that it had only been a week since my appointment and that I was disappointed with the results. Despite this, they still charged me £8 for removal. I don’t think it’s fair to be charged again when the service was poor in the first place. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for durable, quality nails.

Absolutely Disgusting Service! I had been recommended this nail salon to get acrylic nails done and I have never experienced the horrendous customer service I recieved that day, especially as it was for my wedding that week. I asked for a set of ombre acrylic nails on my hands and manicure on my feet however, whilst the nail technician cut my nails, she cut them alot more than I asked so I was deciding what's the best way to resolve how my nails can look symmetrical again. Whilst i was asking questions and deciding what to do a lady stood up whom looked like the manager/owner next to the person who was doing my nails and started shouting at me infront of a shop full of customers and employees. She was shouting that I was taking my time deciding what to do with my nails and there's customer waiting and ordered the employee working on my nails to take of the nail varnish and go somewhere else. I was taken back by her reaction and explained to her calmly I'm only trying to understand the best way forward and she continued shouting at me. I kept my cool and once the person took the varnish off I then went to my car and rang another salon and explained the horrific experience I juat had and thankfully they squeezed me in. Working in the customer service industry I have never ever in my life experienced a traumatic, rude and abnoxious service especially from a nail technician. I will never go here again or would recommend anyone else. I've never received an apology from that employee cutting my nails to a very very short length than what I asked for or the behaviour shown by the other employee.

Awful. I always come here to get my nails done. Came in last week for a full set and 2 have snapped went in at 4:20 to get them fixed and despite having an empty salon and closing at 5 they refused to fix them saying they were closing and then the lady in the bucket hat had a horrible attitude about the situation and spoke to us horrendously. If I could give 0 stars I would. The woman talking to me with an attitude was honestly the worst anyones ever spoken to me and certainly shouldn’t be working in customer services. Overall weak awful nails and awful customer service

Been to this place 4 times. First two times got the male member of staff. He was very polite and did a wonderful job on my nails - exactly as the picture I’d shown him. The third and fourth time my experience wasn’t so good. Got the female members of staff - They were both very rude and abrupt. The service I received from these two ladies was awful. Not only do they come across very rude and make you feel uncomfortable but their work is terrible. Both times my nails were crooked and not painted well. I only went in the fourth time hoping to get the same man who did a great job the first two times but instead came out very disappointed and £38 lighter.

My acrylic nail fell off after 2 weeks. Went in and the colour was totally not matched and wanted money for a nail they obviously didn't stick on properly if it falls off without any pain after 14 days. Won't be going back to them. Replying back to justify your business isn't professional. It's feedback. It's not a conversation. My experience and you justifying isn't the same. After 2 weeks all my nails were all in tact. One fell one as I picked up my sandwich. It just fell off. If it was stuck on properly that wouldn't of happened and it would of hurt if it was pulled. It just fell off. I don't think I need to pay anything for a nail that wasn't put on properly when all the other 9 nails were in tact and stuck firmly. I wasn't planning on getting infills. Reason for this is cause keeping them on that long is bad for your real nails as nail techs uiu should know this. It weakens your real nails. I usually just have then on for 4 weeks when they out grow and take them off. I've been to a nail salon before where they replace the nail of its just one and all others are intact. It was the wrong colour and I only agreed cause it was awkward that as a nail place you just stick all the colours in a box and you should of been able to colour match it as it is your salon and your colours.

It was my first time getting acrylics here, unfortunately I was a bit displeased due to the fact I had to wait just over an hour. There was four people in chairs and a person waiting before me (I went in on a week day around 4). There were two children playing, running and just making loads of noise obviously it wasn’t Lyly nails fault but I was tired and fed up. I’m quite pleased with my nails!!! I got acrylics with a basic colour. The person I got was a tad rude and rough but they did do a lovely job ! I recommend if you care more about nails than the actual experience xx
