All good except I much dislike being required to pay a deposit for my next visit. I am not in the habit of breaking appointments, so should not be penalised because of those that do.
Excellent welcome from receptionist, who was very helpful & kind. Rhiannon & Kirsty are a real team. Communication, between the two women, is a real comfort for any patient. Rhiannon keeps you informed of every move she makes. The amount of information I received was quite incredible and very welcome. When ever I leave this surgery, I just hope no member of staff ever leaves the practice.
This Dental team work extremely well together, communicating both to each other, but also to me the patient, what they are doing & why. I am very reassured by their service.

Naomi Fry is a fantastic Othodontist! In just 18 months she has made such a brilliant change in my daughters teeth (and confidence) yesterday was 'braces off day' and they are perfect. A very professional lady and always on time, very approachable and friendly (going to miss our 6 weekly appointments)!!! All the staff at Melbourne Dental Practice are fabulous, I've been with them since I was 3 years old.
Can’t rate this dentist highly enough. My hubby has been coming for years and always thought the team & service were excellent. I’ve just got an nhs space after being on the waiting list for some time and had my first appointment yesterday. The whole team were lovely. The dentist and dental nurse explained everything and did my filling for half the cost of my previous dentist. I instinctively felt my previous dentist was a rip off & the service was poor & now having been here, I can see I was right. Thanks all

Excellent dental practice. Can not recommend Dr. Nelson enough. Completely painless experience, very thorough and clearly explained the procedures I went through. Have to book a bit in advance though.
