   I was absolutely terrified of going to the Dentist but finally plucked up the courage to go .Annette the Dentist and Priya the nurse were absolutely fantastic they sat and listened to me no rushing ,they we so kind and reassuring. I have now started treatment absolutely pain free procedure. Honestly if I can do it then you can .Ask to see these 2 amazing ladies

   I had an emergency appointment booked today at the central practice just off Friar Gate. I was so nervous, my CPTSD was causing havoc with my head. I needn't have worried though! I had the pleasure of Dr. Miten taking care of me. He was so kind, gentle and informative, took the time to listen to the problem I was experiencing and quickly found the issue. He explained what he was doing, was efficient and repaired the tooth within moments! So professional and such a refreshing experience. The reception staff were both great too! Quickly helping me to update some sensitive personal information and ensuring i was happy with everything. Thank you so much!!!

   I had an appointment today. I had a bit of an issue beforehand and sent an email yesterday evening. This email was replied to in time by reception staff before my appointment the next day. The dentists, dental assistants and reception staff are always polite and efficient, and the advice given is without any hard sell. Fully recommend.

   Visited here for the first time as new patients here with my autistic son. The receptionist were so welcoming and friendly, our dental nurse was really nice and our dentist was fantastic, especially with my son. I honestly can not recommend this dental surgery enough. Absolutely amazing in every way.

   The dentist practioners are great, always efficient,polite,welcoming and friendly. However the reception team are not as welcoming. I am unhappy with the fact that I felt rudely told I would have to pay private if I was to change my appointment! Not cancel but change my appointment, makes NHS patients feel undervalued and not as important as the private patients. When a reason was asked it's because last year only one appointment was missed! An appointment I was not aware about so unfortunately due to the rude reception team I don't feel a 5 star is reached. Great dentist practioners, setting and dentist overall, just need a polite reception team ☺️
